freaks (1932)

if you have about an hour of free time i highly recommend watching todd browning's freaks. it's really an amazing film. (that is suprisingly for sympathetic to the "freaks" & lacks most of the exploitation that i had expected.) it explores the notion of what really makes someone a monster, it's interesting to see a large array of people who deviate from society's standards of what is normal & i've always been interested in circus life & physical abnormalities. seriously - watch this movie. you can watch it for free & online right here.
